• His last post in the Israeli Navy was the  Head of Operational Requirements and R&D Planning Department; prior to that, he was the Head of Submarines Department

• Commander of I.N.S ‘Dolphin’ Submarine

• 2016 -  MA Haifa University in Political Sciences and National Security

• 2011 -  graduated from Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island

• 2001 - B.Sc., Technion in Electrical Engineering 

• 1971 - Born in Israel, married to Nitzan with 3 children (Paz, Ziv & Zohar)
