Elul has completed, in December '06, the acquisition of Elul Tamarynd Ltd., (formerly Tamarynd Technologies; PhyTech Ltd.), a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In June 2008, Elul  finalized a reorganization process, where the majority of Elul Group companies were merged into Elul Tamarynd Ltd.

The company is an integrated group of technologies service providers. The companies are providing business development, consulting, marketing & sales, after-sale support & maintenance, program management and outsourcing management services.  Its services are divided by fields of:-
