Throughout the world, modern nations are realizing the necessity of traffic management systems, as the complexity, density and safety hazards of roads grow.

The first to deliver and operate a complete traffic management system in Israel, including an experts system, visual monitoring and long term maintenance, TMS inaugurated its activities in 1995 in the Ayalon Highway Traffic Surveillance and Control System project. A company owned 50% by Elul and 50% by Signalor Ltd., serving the major metropolitan highway of Tel Aviv, TMS designed, constructed, integrated and maintains these advanced systems. It manages the Traffic Monitoring System for central Israel.
